It is no secret that the financial markets have undergone significant changes within the past 10-15 years, prompted by a variety of global economic and political events. In addition, the breakneck pace of technological development has ushered in the age of high-frequency trading and has altered the way we look at investing. Unfortunately, the brilliant, profound, and time-tested mantra of “stocks for the long run” is now defunct. Today calls for a highly-individualized, dynamic approach.
Large investment management firms may understand the immediacy of these worldwide changes, but they are often too slow and too bureaucratic to move away from cookie-cutter solutions in a timely manner.
At Vega Capital, we do not believe that a single-model portfolio can fit everybody’s needs. Accordingly, we spend as much time analyzing clients’ individual circumstances as we spend sculpting the portfolios. We ensure full transparency in our communications and our portfolio management reporting. Times are changing quickly, and Vega is keeping pace.
